If you have an
employer-sponsored legal services plan, make sure you check with
them to see if you have coverage for bankruptcy.
If you do, the cost of your attorney’s fees may be
completely covered by your plan!
A good place to start is by looking at your paycheck stub
for a deduction for a legal services plan or contacting your human
resources department.
A partial list of the employers that offer Hyatt Legal
Services as a benefit is: Fed Ex, UPS, Red Lobster, Lowe’s, Home
Depot, Target, Pizza Hut, KFC, UAW Navastar, and over 1,200 other
U.S. companies.
