OHIO
COUNTIES SERVED
Bankruptcy
is handled by the federal court system.
We are licensed to practice in both the Northern and
Southern Districts of Ohio federal courts, which covers all of
Ohio. Most of our
clients are from Ashland, Holmes, Knox, Richland, Summit,
Tuscarawas, and Wayne counties. However,
we can and do represent clients from other areas.
Our
central location within 20-40 minutes of five county seats makes
our office very convenient to several surrounding communities.
Don’t drive to some large city and deal with the hassles
of parking garages and long walks to get to an attorney’s office
where you will likely be treated like a number rather than a
person; we offer convenient off-street parking right outside our
door and a welcoming, friendly staff who will treat you with the
dignity, respect, and individualized attention you deserve.
We invite you to set up an appointment for your free consultation.
Come in to our turn-of-the-century era office, have a cup
of coffee while you fill out a little bit of initial paperwork,
and then meet with an experienced attorney who can answer all of
your questions. While
some other bankruptcy attorneys allow only 15 minutes for the free
initial consultation, ours often run an hour or even more.
We want you to leave our office with a firm grasp of how
bankruptcy works and how it would work in your specific situation.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
